1. Exclusive venue use from 8am -11 pm (option to purchase additional time) Clean up and everyone OUT by 11 pm
2. 5-hour event rental
3. 625 guest capacity
4. Large 6,500 sq. ft. indoor ballroom
5. Tables and chairs for up to 460 guest (linens not included)
6. Fifty (50) - 60 in. round tables, nine (9) - 6 ft. rectangle tables, eight (8) cocktail tables (you must set up and take down)
7. Full Service Bar with TABC certified bartenders and luxury seating
8. Raised Stage (Band/DJ must supply their own equipment)
9. Bridal Suite (private restrooms and dressing area)
10. Grooms Quarters (private restrooms and dressing area)
