Our full size commercial prep kitchen is available for your catering company to use. From industrial refrigerators/freezers to food warmers to commercial dish washing stations we got you covered!
Bartenders/Security
Bartenders and security are a mandatory part of every event. You shouldn't have to worry about finding them, coordinating their schedules and paying them. At Belle Oaks we INCLUDE 2 TABC certified bartenders and 2 Licensed Police Officers as security for your event. These expenses are included in your rental rate so no need to worry about this one! WE GOT YOU COVERED!
Tables/Chairs
We supply tables and chairs for 450 people! No need to worry about rental costs! And if your event exceeds 450 don't worry, we will assist you with obtaining more. The full breakdown of types of tables and chairs can be found in the full amenities list above
Alcohol Packages
Trying to decide which alcohol option is right for you can be one of the most difficult parts of planning a wedding. Although we do offer open bar, and cash bar options we have put together a "one stop shop" alcohol package to cut down on your expenses and cover everything you need. You pay one flat rate based on the number of people who are attending and we take care of everything else! Check out the detailed pricing sheet below
